This 5000sqm block, formerly a nursing home, has dual street access and a fifty-metre frontage onto Beulah Road. Half way though the site’s zoning changed into Historic Conservation Zone. This led to dividing the site into two with stage 1 facing Beulah Road and stage 2 facing a muse and Prosser Avenue. The aim was to utilise North/South orientation of the block with rear access to garaging.

Stage 1 Six premium semi detached townhouses with dual and triple garaging. The ground floors, a lofty 3 metre with north facing open plan living area with full height sliding doors opening to a northern courtyard. Extensive use of skylights throughout ensures maximum penetration of natural light into the interior and the exhausting of hot air promoting natural cooling of the interior. Natural ventilation is promoted through double hung windows at the Northern and Southern ends of the homes up and downstairs. Western red cedar timber cladding is used extensively throughout the project predominantly featured wrapping around the garage and Northern façade of the homes.
