Project Brief
To create a premium boutique apartment complex, unrivalled for city living in Adelaide. Chasecrown was selected for their ability to deliver high quality and innovative design solutions for compact sites.
Design Elements
The classically inspired form and articulation of the design draws the building comfortably into its environment, and the use of rich colour and feature panels of copper created a subtle statement of timeless elegance. The complex comprises of 12 premium apartments of various configurations with 4 rooftop penthouses that offer sweeping views of the city and foothills. A central glass atrium floods light into the French limestone and walnut wrapped foyer, providing an intimate sense of arrival for occupants and visitors. 25 on Hutt, completed in 2001, remains one of the most sought after residential addresses in Adelaide.
