Create a series of semi-detached high-quality residences that best utilises the large allotment fronting Barnard street in North Adelaide and align with the desired character of the streetscape including scale, setbacks and materiality.

Understanding the local and wider heritage context surrounding the subject site, careful consideration was taken to not dominate the existing heritage places or detract from their heritage value or integrity. The design enhances the Barnard streetscape by dividing the site into six dwellings displaying a similar form, scale and mass to the surrounding historical context, albeit interpreted in a contemporary manner.
