To create a high quality medium density development in this highly sought after location.
Design Elements
Four premium townhouses all with dual garaging. The ground floors, a lofty 3.6 metre north facing open plan living area with full height sliding doors opening to a northern courtyard. Extensive use of skylights throughout ensure maximum penetration of natural light into the interior and the exhausting of hot air promoting natural cooling of the interior. Spotted Gum timber cladding is used extensively throughout the project predominantly featured in the towering main entry door.
