A medium density residential development to regenerate the derelict site, one of the largest single residential projects in Norwood in recent times. The dwellings were to be affordable and compact, creating a new precinct for the inner suburban area.

A variety of dwelling types were designed and staged in 6 separate groups, each being subtly different but tied together by common aesthetic and materials. Each dwelling contains a private courtyard, dual car garaging, living areas on the ground floor with 2/3 bedrooms on the first floor.

Since there completion the dwellings have been tightly held and have seen major increases in values.
